The NRA has a fact sheet up about this piece of legislation currently up in congress.  On general principle, I'm for repealing gun controls and prohibitions but this part

Individuals could buy handguns, as well as rifles or shotguns, from licensed dealers in another state, subject to the background check requirement.

is especially meaningful to us inmates in New Jersey.  Allowing US citizens to freely buy handguns in any state would neuter the states smart gun law.
