Ever increasingly hoplophobic England has sunk to a new low recently.  Security officials at Heathrow airport triggered a security alert when they detected six year old strapped with a pink bugs bunny water pistol full of candy.  The six year old and her mother were detained and questioned for an hour and told the squirt gun had to be registered as a firearm.  The kicker was they had only just purchased the toy from an airport kiosk several yards away from the security checkpoint.
