Bitter has some great coverage of the JC gun rationing trial.  A few select details

• JC didn't give it's own legal defense, the law was defended by CeaseFireNJ
• Seton Hall Law School donated two students to help the CeaseFireNJ attorney with the case
• ACORN (well known for regularly committing voter fraud for the DNC) also donated a lawyer to defend the law
  
• The JC legal team just submitted a six-inch stack of generic anti-gun propaganda to the judge as an argument, and he read it all.  Then he asked them to point out the relevance to JC.  Not one mention of the city in all of the propaganda. 

Her round up is worth reading.  In the end, the JC/CeaseFireNJ legal team had no argument and no legal ground to stand on and all they did was waste the judge’s time by submitting pure propaganda.  I'm grateful Judge Maurice Gallipoli dedicated the time to read the full documents but also called them on their shenanigans.
