Orin Kerr is speculating on who Bush would or should tap if he gets to nominate one more judge to the US Supreme Court.  Personally, I'm quite keen on the Janice Rogers Brown pick.  Not just because she is a solid pro-Second Amendment conservative but also because I would derive a great deal of pleasure watching the democrats contort themselves to find reasons to reject a black woman with solid experience and high ratings.
