The demands of real life have been keeping me too busy to post any original commentary on the recent DC Circuit court's decision to overturn the DC gun ban so I had the best of intentions to collect various links of all the commentary being made on the web when I found the time.  Luckily someone has done that for me.  Traction Control has more links about the DC Gun Ban than you can shake your boomstick at.

Two links in particular that I would like to add to the collection are Reason Magazine's coverage of the decision and  Alan Korwin's analysis.  Korwin gives a dose of reality for the downside of the decision, what remains to be done, and what the gun control crowd is likely to try to do.  He has a list of errata for his article that you might want to check out if your are concerned with the details.
