The DC Court of Appeals has denied an en banc rehearing of the Parker case. Now DC must either accept the decision and repeal the sections of the gun control law deemed by the appeals court to be unconstitutional or appeal to the US Supreme Court. I expect the latter. Then the question becomes whether the SCOTUS will grant certiorari or not. The SCOTUS hears only 50-80 cases out of some 7500 appeals filed every year.
