As a result of the Heller decision, the NJCSD's highest priority will be to have a focus on fundraising with the primary purpose of generating a "war chest" to level a Constitutionally-based RKBA suit against the state of New Jersey. We've been on the defensive for far too long.  Time to fight back.

We are not at liberty to disclose the specific legal strategy nor which attorney will be retained. However please know that everything we do will be for this cause.  We intend to go on the offensive and bring the fight to the doorstep of the legislators who have stolen from us what was not theirs to take.  This initiative, in conjunction with our other core programs like FIDO, RTCRS and Click-it and Stick-it all aim to be proactive about our rights.

WarChest funds will be earmarked expressly for this purpose.  If you are a New Jersey resident, the best way to become involved is to become a member.  But if you're not from New Jersey, or desire to donate either more or less, please use one of the buttons below. Our Initial goal is $1000 as 'seed funding' to kick the project off.  The patriots who took the "leap of faith" to be first in line for freedom are listed below.
